Refund Policy for Website Development and Digital Marketing Services

At Approzo Tech Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver high-quality website development and digital marketing services. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for the services we provide.

1. Website Development Refunds:

Refund Eligibility: A refund for website development may be requested under the following conditions:

Pre-Development: If the project has not yet started (no work has been done on the website, or no assets have been created), a full refund is available upon request.

During Development: If work has already started (e.g., design, content creation, coding), a partial refund may be offered based on the progress of the project. The refund amount will be determined by the work completed at the time of the refund request.

Post-Development: Once the website is completed and delivered, we cannot offer a refund unless there is a clear issue with the website’s functionality that was not addressed as part of the agreed-upon project scope.

Non-Refundable Costs: Certain costs, such as domain registration, hosting fees, and third-party services (e.g., premium plugins or software), are non-refundable once paid.

Refund Requests: Any request for a refund must be made in writing within 7 days of the issue arising or the completion of the project, whichever is applicable.

2. Digital Marketing Refunds:

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for digital marketing services are typically not offered unless one of the following conditions is met:

Service Failure: If the digital marketing campaign (e.g., SEO, paid ads, social media) fails to meet the agreed-upon deliverables or KPIs within the defined period, a partial refund or credit toward future services may be considered.

Misrepresentation: If the services provided were misrepresented, a full refund may be issued, subject to review and agreement by both parties.

Non-Refundable Costs: Any costs associated with ad spend, external service providers, or other third-party fees are non-refundable.

Refund Requests: Refund requests for digital marketing services must be made in writing within 7 days after the campaign’s initiation. Any disputes should be raised promptly during the service period to ensure that we can attempt to resolve them.

3. General Terms:

Communication: We encourage open communication with clients to address concerns or issues at the earliest stage possible. Refund requests based on dissatisfaction or misunderstandings should be communicated in writing with clear details.

Custom Work and Special Requests: Any custom work or special requests that go beyond the standard scope may be subject to additional charges, and any associated fees are non-refundable.

Amendments to Work: If a client requests significant changes or revisions to the agreed-upon work, it may impact the timeline and fees. Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with revised work, unless the revisions are substantially different from the original specifications.

Termination of Services: If a client chooses to terminate the services before completion, refunds will be calculated based on the progress of the work done, minus any non-refundable expenses incurred.

Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 20 business days of approval. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Exceptions:

Refunds will not be issued for any reason under the following circumstances:

If the client has violated the terms of service or engaged in unlawful activity.

If the client has delayed providing necessary materials or information for the project.

If the client has failed to pay invoices as per the agreed payment schedule.

Notes:

It’s crucial to be clear on timelines and deliverables. A refund policy that offers flexibility but also protects your business is important.

The policy can vary depending on how you structure your payments (e.g., deposits, milestones).

Make sure this policy is clearly communicated to clients before starting the project, ideally in the contract or service agreement.
